Public transportation
Athletes' Village is serviced by the ZET tram lines 5, 17 and 14, and numerous bus lines. Name of the station is "Studentski dom Stjepan Radić". Fore more details and schedule please visit the ZET website here or install their official mobile app (Android here and iOS here).
You can buy tram tickets through the mobile app, at any "Tisak" kiosk or directly from the driver (most expensive, not recommeded). Remember to validate your paper ticket immediately upon entering the tram/bus at the yellow machine near the door.

Most supermarkets, grocery stores, and shopping malls in Croatia are closed on Sundays. Please note that 5 August is national holiday in Croatia (Victory Day). Most of the shops, restaurants and cafes will be closed or operating on significantly reduced holiday hours that day.
Water Quality
Tap water in Zagreb is of exceptionally high quality and 100% safe to drink. You do not need to buy bottled water; you can safely refill your bottles from any tap in the Athletes' Village and Competition Venue.
Currency and Payments
Official Currency is Euro (€)
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted almost everywhere. Amex/American Express is not accepted in Croatia.
Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. In restaurants, a 10% tip is standard for good service.
Competition Tickets
All accredited participants can enter the Competition free of charge.
For all others, tickets must be bought through Adriaticket platform
Tickets are also sold onsite. Working hours start 30min before the first game of the day until the last game of the day.
